A D Infra Refund Policy

First-Time Purchases:

Refund Eligibility: Clients making their first purchase of advertising services may request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate purchases of the same advertising service made inadvertently.​

  • Significant changes to the service terms or deliverables initiated by A D Infra during the initial service period.

Subscription Services:

  • Recurring Payments: Our advertising services may be offered on a subscription basis, with automatic renewals every 30 days. Clients are responsible for managing their subscriptions and understanding the renewal dates.​BuySellAds

  • Cancellation Policy: To cancel a subscription and avoid the next billing cycle, clients must submit a cancellation request at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date. Cancellations can be processed through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.​

  • Refunds for Recurring Payments: Refunds for recurring payments will not be provided once a new billing cycle has commenced. Clients are encouraged to manage their subscriptions proactively to prevent unintended charges.

One-Time Services:

  • Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made for one-time advertising services are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered in cases where A D Infra fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.​

  • Service Modifications: If there are significant modifications to the service terms initiated by A D Infra, clients will be notified promptly and may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit, at our discretion.

General Conditions:

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method or as a service credit, as determined by A D Infra.​

  • Policy Amendments: A D Infra reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through our website or direct communication.​
