Job Description
The candidate we are looking for this position will have experience in Sales Recruitment (Real Estate), with a thorough understandings of HR policies.
Responsibilities:
To ensure that the monthly HRP (Human Resource Planning) of the assigned vertical to be done within due TAT.
To carry out the talent acquisition (recruitment) as per the pre-decided manpower requirements.
To carry out the negotiation with the candidate
To ensure the release of offer letter within due TAT post checking of desired documentations
To facilitate the joining of the candidate and provide the desired assistance at the time of joining
To maintain the daily reports related to talent acquisition
To maintain cordial relationship with the assigned vertical stakeholders
To act as a SPOC for the assigned vertical and take care of the queries of employees
To perform other HR activities as assigned by the supervisor
Desired Skills and Experience:-
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Real Estate.
Very Good business communication skills in English & Hindi.
Good interpersonal skills, target orientation and tactfulness.
Any Graduate/Post Graduate may apply(MBA HR Preferred)
Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a sales organization.
Experience in bulk sales hiring and attrition management.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Has excellent problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office , MS Excel.
NOTE : Real Estate Background candidates are preferred first.
